We all know, God taught Adam about one tree.
There was a tree we know as "tree of the knowledge of good and evil"  (Gen 2:15)
we still have that tree as choices in our life. God tells us not to eat the fruit of that tree.
Because thats when we, humans starts exploring things and questioning. and some times we question, "if there is really a God?" based on science and we forget that God made everything.
Too much focus on knowledge can be harmful without God's guidance. God gives us the knowledge far beyond we can see by our self while we walk with Him (His presence), just the way Adam and Eve had the live communion; still we take our steps/decisions and loose focus on what God is willing to reveal to us.
Instead of believing God, we humans just try to look for things which are meaningless. And that causes us to not understand the things God is showing us, its like we have the facts in front of us but we still dont see it just like we are blind or the fact is invisible. We just have to be patient in all we do, or look for. Again we are blind enough to see the best result in patient. Thats the sin covering our eyes. Just the way Adam choose the fruit from the bad tree, we do choose wrong many times because we are not perfect and we can not be.  Thats why Jesus came to make us clean again with His blood.
We just have to accept His blood, dsnt matter if we ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Jesus cleans us all, and that will allow us to go and eat from the Tree of Life.

  1. I could say so much about this post right now, but time makes me go. I will be back, but I just wanted to say first, "Wow! A man who said Adam ate from the tree and didn't blame it all on Eve!" It was not all Eve's fault. The bible says that Adam was right there with her! So he must have been watching her eat the "apple" first, and maybe if it didn't kill her right away that he would try it too! :D Thank you, Manasseh! I will comment more seriously later! :) Nice post :)

    1. Thanks Carolyn,Bible does not say Adam was right and only Eve was wrong, its we who saw it that way in the bible. Adam could have said no and they both would have been saved from what was about to come. so its both of their faults. like in everyone of us.
i can not blame my father for anything which i have in me. Because now i can see right and wrong and choose. so i am responsible of what i do. :) Thanks again for your lovely reply. God bless

  2. Be Excited To Pray

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous and his ears are open to unto their prayers, but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. 1 Peter 3"12
This is one reason we should be always excited to pray. Some people only pray when they need something from God. The time of prayer isn't just a time to ask God for things, it's a time to commune or fellowship with Him. That's the time to hear what He has to say and receive direction for each day's activities and challenges.

Mark 1:35 shows us that Jesus had a prayer culture. If we our a man or woman of prayer we will be productive in all our endeavours. We need continual fellowship with the Lord to function effectively

    1. wonderful words you shared Vipul. We do get excited in many worldly stuff, but wen it comes to pray or read words, we feel dull or not excited. Prayer is like talking to our father in heaven. no formal or traditional duty but normal talk. when we pray. we are talking to father, when we read words, we are listening to what our father is telling us. :)
thanks a lot Vipul for such a nice reminder. :)

      God bless

    2. Manasseh, what you say here is so true as well. I have talked with many people who say they do not know how to talk to God, or that God is too busy or not interested in them. He is right here, always, and we just talk to him like having a conversation with another person. Only thing is we need to remember he is holy and though God has a sense of humor, and he loves us with an unending love, and he understands everything about us... we still need to respect him, give him reverence as the Almighty God and Creator, worship him and love him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength.

I also agree with you that he speaks to us when we read his words, his Holy Word, the bible. He speaks to me very often in my reading, but he will speak to us when we have our quite time as well.

Thank you for the great comment, Manasseh :)

    3. Yes thats what i meant here.
when a child is just born, u cant ask to have some manners or behave, but when the child starts getting mature manners and respect comes automatically. :)

thats why i say a mature follower (who is following Jesus from a very long time) still dsnt behave good or dsnt respect our father in prayer, or day to day activity (i.e. not fearing God); thats an immature child.

we dont hv to look many places or examples when we already have the biggest example of Jesus. He used to pray with a lot of respect in heart.
So when i say prayer means a normal talk of a son and a father, that is very deep there. when i was a kid, i used to jump on my dad's lap when he was in sofa or any chair, but now i cant do that caz i hv grown up. even to ask something i think twice; shud i call or not, and what shud i say or how shud i ask. so it is all how older u r in spiritual life. Talk pattern matters there.

    4. This is so simple and yet so great the way you explain this. I appreciate so much the gifts God has given you to be able to explain things like this. It truly is a gift and I'm glad to see you writing here, Manasseh. Its wonderful what you wrote. :)

I'm writing from my phone! At 4:39 in the morning! :D

  3. I agree with you, Vipul that we should pray to the Lord at all times, not just when we are in trouble but to even keep us from trouble. The Lord's prayer says, "Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil." That is a prayer of protection "before" anything happens.

Prayer is a time to not only talk with the Lord but to hear him talking to us too. You are right on this as well. So many people miss out on this part because we tend to be too much in a hurry. Most tend to quickly pray and then get up and go about our daily tasks. But if we will make a habit to sit quietly before the Lord, day by day it will get easier, and we can hear him lead us gently. Not only that but we will feel his presence in our lives and when when feel his love then he draws us stronger and we do get an excitement to run to prayer and our quite time with him.

Thank you for the great post, Vipul. :)

  4. The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil...
Jesus said: ..."A good tree can't produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can't produce good fruit. A tree is identified by the kind of fruit it produces. Figs never grow on thornbushes or grapes on bramble bushes. A good person produces good deeds from a good heart, and an evil person produces evil deeds from an evil heart. Whatever is in your heart determines what you say. (Luke 6:43-45)
But it is seen in the World that the out-put of a human heart/mind is good & evil both. For example we can see the attitude of Peter in Matthew 16: 16Simon Peter answered, "You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God." 17Jesus replied, "You are blessed, Simon son of John, because my Father in heaven has revealed this to you. You did not learn this from any human being. 18 Now I say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it. 19 And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you lock on earth will be locked in heaven, and whatever you open on earth will be opened in heaven." 20 Then he sternly warned them not to tell anyone that he was the Messiah. 21 From then on Jesus began to tell his disciples plainly that he had to go to Jerusalem, and he told them what would happen to him there. He would suffer at the hands of the leaders and the leading priests and the teachers of religious law. He would be killed, and he would be raised on the third day. 22 But Peter took him aside and corrected him. "Heaven forbid, Lord," he said. "This will never happen to you!" 23 Jesus turned to Peter and said, "Get away from me, Satan! You are a dangerous trap to me. You are seeing things merely from a human point of view, and not from God's."
Thats the cause it is written in Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. 6 Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths.
So my dear children, we all should know that our heart/human mind is the tree of knowledge of good and evil which produce always good & evil things. Do'nt depend on your own wisdom, knowledge & understanding but try to search God's will in all the ways of life.

  5. Hello Brother Shekhar,
I was so happy to wake up and get a notification of your post here on our blog! Reading these words really helped me set off to a good day, and I apologize that I am so slow to respond here! Manasseh often tells us of things you speak of and things he has learned from you over his life. I can see by this one post that you have much wisdom from the Lord and I hope that you will come and write whatever the Lord gives you here as often as you can! We need a strong voice like yours and I really want you to know how I appreciate your writing! I may come back here later and make more comments myself but it is late in the evening. I just wanted to make sure and thank you tonight while I was on line.
    May God bless you!
